e-coaching transfer: Virtual follow-up and coaching to implement individual action plans (Roadbooks) and promote a full knowledge transfer. We use mobile learning for a more efficient contact with training participants.
Transfer sessions: Intensive training sessions 6 to 10 weeks after the training. The purpose of these sessions: follow-up Roadbooks; train through role-plays to keep fit; and re-build commitment with new individual action plans.
Transfer Chats: A 30’ biweekly chat sessions internally facilitated by direct managers of the training participants. Every chat covers a skill worked out in the change phase. So, it is not a new training session. It is rather a dialogue, a conversation to refresh content, guide and define new action plans.
